How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. You may select your shipping method at checkout. Items may take up to 3 business days to process prior to shipping. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you via email. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with the tracking information. What is your return policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns and exchanges will be accepted for new and unused items that are still in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on canvases 24 x 24 inches or larger. to begin your return. Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping international orders to several countries and will continue to add to that list. Please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Some shipments may be held in customs by the receiving country and you will be responsible for the clearance. All large format canvases shipped internationally, 36x36 inches, will ship rolled in a tube and include heavy duty stretcher bars (frame). You will need to ask your local framer to stretch the canvas for you.
