How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information and order details.

Do I need an account to place or track an order?
No. However we do recommend it if you want to be notified of new products and graphics.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. If your order has not shipped or is not in the final stage of processing, we can accommodate your request. Contact us right away. Note that during busy periods it may not be possible.

Why has my order been cancelled?
There are a few reasons why your order may have been cancelled. This may be due to security issues, incorrect shipping address or out of stock items. Contact us for further information.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn New York.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the US and these countries. For other countries please see the current list at checkout.

Do you ship to freight forwarders?
We do not ship to freight forwarders or PO boxes. We do not ship bulk orders. Our products are destined to the final customer and not for the purpose of re-sale.

Which Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others in select countries.

What other types of payment do you accept?
You can also pay via Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and others. We also offer 4 interest-free installment payments by Shop Pay in partnership with Affirm.

We do not accept cash on delivery orders.


Can I return my purchase?
Yes. No problem. We will refund any purchases that you are not fully happy with. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your returned items must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. For international returns, please contact us.

When will I get my refund?
Usually it will take 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returns. We will apply the refund to the payment method you used to make your purchase.

Unfortunately, he does not.

Do you sell wholesale?
No. The items found on our webstore are only available here.

Where can I purchase your other products?
We currently sell our Travel themed products through the PIQ stores in NYC. You can also find them at DFS Duty-Free airport locations at  JFK, LAX, SFO, HNL and OKA.
