Inspired by his passion for animals at an early age, French Canadian-American artist Marc Tetro began his career in Montreal by drawing images on T-shirts in 1985.

A pocket of silence during Covid-19 in NYC generates new graphics and a rethink on the direction of Marc's studio.
MARC TETRO X DFS
A collaboration with DFS Duty-Free airport locations and T-Galleria stores in 2017 opens shops at JFK, SFO, LAX, HNL, OKA, Hong Kong, Guam and Saipan.
NYC STORE OPENS
In 2016 a Marc Tetro store opens in Turnstyle Underground Market at the 59th St-Columbus Circle station.
GUGGENHEIM POP-OUT!
Designed in collaboration with the Guggenheim Museum in 2012, Marc re-imagines the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright landmark. Sold exclusively at the museum gift shop.
MACY'S HERALD SQUARE
The first of six Marc Tetro shops open at Macy's in 2011. A new series of graphics and products is created in collaboration with buyer Peter Lloyd.
FRIENDS
In 2002 a canvas titled Friends Bulldog makes an appearance on the set of NBC's sitcom Friends. Marc's graphics take a new turn.
WALT DISNEY COMPANY
In 1995 The Walt Disney Company signs an exclusive third party licensing deal with Marc. Disney becomes the global agent for all Marc Tetro products.
CANADA
This is where it all started. After fashion school in Montreal, Marc creates a series of T-shirts inspired by a Picasso exhibit in 1985. He sets up shop with partner Dale Horeczy.
